You have three one-hour meetings with our attorneys over the course of three months (or a shorter time period). You receive the benefit of broad-based business advice and legal consultation.

Quality customized legal advice with flat fee predictability and affordability. At the conclusion of the program, we offer an additional opportunity to continue as a corporate maintenance client of our firm, at a reduced annual rate.

Fees:

New business owners must be exceptionally cognizant of their costs and cash flow.  We have structured this program to provide maximum legal advisory services for an affordable flat fee, payable in three installments (exclusive of filing fees and out-of-pocket costs). There are no surprises.

Process:

During our first meeting, we will strategize the best way to structure your new business entity, discussing entity options and tax implications and potential issues including licensing, contracts, franchising, leasing, and employment matters. During our second meeting, we will complete your new entity’s organizational documents creating the framework for your new business.  During the third meeting, we will present you with a corporate minute book and discuss any remaining issues and your strategic plan to launch!
