Our firm is steeped in a tradition of history and excellence.
The Waldmans and the McOskers were the founding fathers — and sons — of our firm. Morris Waldman and John McOsker independently opened their law offices in Providence in the 1920s and their sons joined them in the 1950s, taking over the firm.
Today, Moonan | Stratton is led by partners Kristen Prull Moonan and Amy Stratton who joined the firm in 1993 and 2011, respectively. The partners have been recognized by Rhode Island Monthly Excellence in the Law, Best Lawyers in America, Providence Business News Business Women awards and more.
Continuing in the firm’s tradition, Moonan | Stratton provides sophisticated legal services with a focus on trusts and estates and elder law, as well as the transactional matters critical to the needs of our business clients. They are proud to represent some of the firm’s original clients from the 1920s and 1930s, and several generations of their family and friends.
