Jennifer Haskins joined the firm as an associate attorney in November of 2025, focusing on estate planning, special needs planning, and probate administration. She brings several years of experience to the Moonan|Stratton team in these practice areas.

Jennifer takes a person-centered approach, building strong connections with her clients and their families to provide a holistic estate plan that meets their unique challenges. She is known for her fierce advocacy and empathy for her clients. Growing up with a family member with special needs ignited Jennifer’s passion to help families navigate the planning strategies to best protect and empower their loved ones.

Jennifer graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology, and a minor in Gender & Women’s Studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Rhode Island. She received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston with a certification in business compliance and risk management. Jennifer is an active member of the RI Bar Association and its committees on Probate & Trust, New Lawyers, and LGTBQ+ Legal Issues. She has handled several pro bono cases through its Elderly Pro Bono Program.

A native of Warwick, Jennifer is a Rhode Islander through and through. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog Murray, reading, playing board games, and traveling.
